Yoga - Early Bird
Happy Morning flow is the perfect way to start the day! This full yoga practice with Caroline Szegedi offers an opportunity to ease in and start a fresh new day with a clear mind, happy heart, and awakened muscles. Wake up your mind and body, providing the energy you need to conquer the day. Use your breath to build strength, to move with intention and to find what feels good.
The class will also include some basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and contemplation/meditation.
Classes are held in English and German.
