Start your morning with some outdoor workout
Would you like to join me for some outdoor workout in Schützenmattpark?
I would love to get some company on my weekly round. I mix light jogging with about 10 stops around the park with different exercises for flexibility and strength. It usually takes me about 1 hour and the total running is less than 2 km. I run mostly along the asphalt paths but it s often possible to run on the grass as well.
I ve just started working out again after a period of rest. I m not a trained instructor and I m not super fit but hope to get some company to motivate me (and you) to get going.
No special equipment is needed only running shoes. Be prepared that some exercises will be done on the grass.
Please note I m an amateur. I ve attended similar group trainings in the past and I m doing the different exercises as best as I understand them. Every participant is fully responsible for her/himself and participate at her/his own risk. If you re looking for a professional trainer this is not the right place.
If the weather is very bad I may cancel the event.
