Mysteries of the Sacred Universe
An Introduction to Vedic Cosmography
With Murali Gopal
This lively workshop, based on the book of the same title by Richard L. Thompson, shares a fundamental understanding of the cosmography through the words of Srimad-Bhagavatam – an essential sacred text of the Bhakti tradition. It helps one make sense of a subject which is as enigmatic as it is fascinating. Students will become acquainted with the Vedic view of the universe and some of its current interpretations.
