What you will learn
Agile Organizing is a label for a variety of organizing approaches which share the goal of decentralized adaptability and a new balance of organizational framework and self-organizing units and teams. This full-day training gives a case-based introduction to key principles and concepts of less-hierarchical organizing and provides a framework for bringing novel approaches to your organization's management practice.

The training is for anyone seeking to bring increased adaptability and more self-organizing to his or her organization. You are an HR manager and want to learn about different approaches to organizational agility and how they are relevant for your organization; you are in IT and familiar with agile approaches to software development and want to understand how to integrate according ways of working with business divisions and functions; or you are a line manager and want to experiment in your unit with self-organized ways of working while ensuring alignment at organizational interfaces.
Who runs the course
Prof. Dr. Olaf Bach has more than ten years of experience in strategy consulting, working with international organizations on large-scale organization design, teaming, change, and transformation challenges. He is teaching organization design at the University of St. Gallen and business design at the Weißensee School for Art and Design Berlin. As founder of Management Kits and in his consulting work, teaching, and writing, his focus is on designing innovative and impactful approaches to practice management. He has considerable practical experience in the field of implementing and evaluating innovative management approaches, including design thinking, Holacracy, and network organizations.

What's the refund policy?
Cancellation requests up to 2 weeks prior the course result in a 50% refund of the ticket price. Please understand that for planning reasons we cannot accept any cancellations within 2 weeks before the first day of the course and 100% of the ticket price must be paid.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you cannot attend the course it is always possible to change the participant name and send a replacement. In case of cancellation or sending a replacement, you need to notify Management Kits as soon as possible via email. Upon this, your request must be confirmed by Management Kits.
