Dear triathletes and runners,
the weekly training in the athletics track in Lucerne (Allmend) will be organized by our coach Christian Pötzsch. You can find a short introduction below.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
On Thursday the session is divided into two modules:
1) Running exercises
2) Running Interval Training
The training will start with 10 minutes warm up and it will finish with a cool down followed by some stretching exercises.
If it's raining we will do exercises on the stairs under the roof of the stadium. Remember there is no bad weather but only bad clothing. You can find the best clothing at Loolaba Store ;-)

Christian Pötzsch builds his knowledge and experience of sport scientist and coach in particular on his Bachelor and Master university degrees and his several years of professional experience in health centers and medical training facilities.
With over 15 years of competition and training experience in mountain bike and triathlon he expanded his training science basis to valuable practical knowledge.
He shares with his athletes a unique combination of science, practice and passion for cycling and triathlon and let you benefit from his training plan and supervised training.
