Silent Group Meditation: Take a break, breathe and relax.
Enjoy the benefits of silent meditation in a group. It's a great way to connect to your inner world, leave daily distractions behind and restore your energy.
The session is 45 minutes long including a short intro, minimum of 30 minutes in silence and a short conclusion. Cushions, blankets and/or chairs are available. German speakers also welcome.
