Try mindfulness-based emotional intelligence. Whether you're new to mindfulness practice or regularly pracitce meditation these events provide you the chance to get away and enjoy the benefits of group practice. Take the opportunity to learn about and expereince mindfulness practice with like-minded people.
These Mindfulness Events are held twice a month (the 2nd Tuesday evening and the 4th Monday morning of each month, unless otherwise noted ). Each month there's a different topic for discussion. Participants will have the chance to try different practices (both in-the-moment and formal) and share their experiences.
Join me at the lovely Eva's Home of Art (Münzgasse 3, 1st Floor 4001 Basel, across from Hotel Basel).
If you prefer simple group meditation try the Silent Meditation sessions. Or even do both.
