Reach for the Sky! Ladies' Rugby Training

• What we'll do
We will start with a warm up and fitness training, followed by skills and finally run through the game
• What to bring
Normal gym clothes, bring waterproof gear and warm clothes, normal trainers or football boots, a mouthguard is optional for the first session but highly recommended.
• Important to know
It is not necessary to be familiar with the rules of rugby to join the trainings - we will teach you! Check out the youtube video in the group page for information about the rules of rugby. For the first few sessions you do not have to take part in all of the exercises such as tackling if you are not yet comfortable with the idea of full contact, but we recommend trying everything ;)
